Booths and chairs will be provided for each of the vendors participating in this year’s event.
If you have your own booth and/or tent and would like to bring it, please notify us on the event registration form below (any size up to 10’ is fine). You are encouraged to decorate your table for the race – this is a Mardi Gras celebration!


If you would like to include fliers/coupons/cards in the swag bag, please bring them with you We only have two generators on site reserved to power the electrical needs of the tents and music. If you require electricity for your booth, please be prepared to provide it for yourself. Dress warmly. We always expect great weather, but plan for cold. This is a RAIN or SHINE event.




The event will be held at Kidd Springs Park (711 W. Canty Street) on the southwest side of the park. We encourage you to arrive between 7:30 and 8:15 to start setting up. Registration starts at 8:30, so the earlier the better.


Parking for the event may be tough. There is a circular parking lot off of W. Canty Street near the swimming pool. This is the closest parking for the event and will allow you to unload your vehicle quickly. We ask that your car be moved once you’ve unloaded.
