$100 Vendor – Table Set Up

We are looking forward to the Dash for the Beads.  We completely expect for this year’s Dash to be bigger and better than ever, with approx. 1,000 runners and even more spectators, and we definitely encourage you to go all out on Race Day!

All vendors must provide your own table and chairs. Pop up tents welcomed, electricity is not guaranteed.

Vendors must email info@DashfortheBeads.org with their Company Name and information pertaining to their company.

Dash for the beads will contact vendors for approval and payment.

$250 – Food Trucks

A spot for a food truck at the Dash for the Beads festival next to the Oak Cliff Mardi Gras parade.  Our belief is food trucks are 100% self contained so if you need something other than space from us, we need to talk.

Specific logistics will be sorted out closer to event day.

Dash for the Beads is one of the largest Oak Cliff community events whose sole focus is to help children.  Since the event began in 2009, we have awarded over $450,000 in grant money for local area schools and non-profits to promote physical fitness, healthy eating and arts programming.
